Rattaché(e) au Manager Material Engineering, vous pilotez les études de stabilités et transport et assurez la gestion de la documentation associée. Vous êtes en charge de projets d'améliorations en vu de la mise en place de nouvelles solutions et tests.

Missions

**Gère les études de stabilité et de transport**: rédaction des protocoles et rapports, envoi et suivi des pièces en test, planification des essais
Gère le screening puis la robustesse des projets d’amélioration de produits (recherche de la nouvelle solution, supervision de la fabrication des pièces, mise en place des tests, analyse des résultats, rédaction des protocoles de test : performances produit et packaging, stabilité, transport,)
Est en charge de la partie technique des familles de produit en revoyant si nécessaire les exigences : spécification du cahier des charges, tests, dessin technique pour la production
Rédige / met à jour les documents nécessaires dans le cadre des projets du Support Produit en lien avec des équipes projet pluridisciplinaires incluant des membres du Support Produit, Qualité, Médical, Affaires réglementaires et Opérations en collaboration avec d’autres services
S’assure de la mise à jour des documents lorsque les modifications sont implémentées
Supporte les « Change Controls » (CC)
Communiquer avec les différents services impliqués afin de mener de façon efficiente la documentation
Aide/Réalise les tests de performance produit et packaging
Rédiger les protocoles et rapports de laboratoires

Profil

Niveau Bac+5 (Ingénieur ou équivalent) en mécanique ou mise en œuvre de polymères, idéalement possédant des connaissances en transport de dispositifs médicaux
Connaissance des exigences qualités et règlementaires de l’industrie
A l’aise dans des contextes scientifiques et dans le travail en groupe
Connaissance globale de la gestion de projets
Une expérience dans les dispositifs médicaux serait un plus
**Langue**: Français et Anglais parlé et écrit couramment
Informatique - Bonnes connaissances dans l’utilisation des logiciels « pack office »
