**Vos missions au quotidien**:
Vous souhaitez prendre part à des projets de transformation d’envergure (Cloud, API, MicroServices) en utilisant les dernières technos comme Java, Python, React.

En tant que Technical Leader vous êtes le/la garant(e) du design et de l'implémentation technique du produit / service délivré dans une équipe informatique.

Vous êtes également référent(e) pour une ou plusieurs Feature Team (Equipe Agile) auprès des populations techniques, sans rôle hiérarchique.

En tant que **Technical Leader**, concrètement, vous serez amené(e) à:
Co-élaborer le design technique du produit délivré:

- Stimuler les équipes dans la recherche des solutions techniques optimales
- Arbitrer après consultation lorsque les équipes n'arrivent pas à trancher sur la solution technique

Apporter votre soutien sur les activités techniques:

- Former les nouveaux arrivants et les ressources moins expérimentées
- Apporter de l'aide aux ressources faisant face à des difficultés techniques

En fonction du contexte, vous réaliserez les activités de Software Engineer.

Vous serez responsable de l'intégration cohérente du produit dans le SI avec l'Architecte Technique:

- Analyser des impacts du design du produit sur l'architecture technique du SI
- Collaborer avec l'Architecte Technique dans les choix d'implémentation au sein du SI

Vous serez Garant de la qualité et de la maintenance technique du produit:

- S'assurer que la stratégie de développement logiciel est bien respectée
- S'assurer que la stratégie de test du produit est bien respectée
- Vous serez le/la référent(e) des pratiques Craftmanship et DevOps

Contribuer à la veille technique de son périmètre et à sa diffusion.

- Vous bénéficiez d’environ 8 ans d’expérience dans le développement, et avez déjà exercé en tant que Technical Leader dans un environnement de travail Agile pendant 2 années ou plus
- Vous développez régulièrement sur les derniers langages et technologies
- Avec une expérience sur une architecture cloud public/privé, vous maîtrisez une ou plusieurs des technologies suivantes ou équivalentes**:Java, Spring, Python, React, Docker, Kubernetes, PostreSQL, Oracle, Git, Jenkins, Ansible**:

- Vous êtes également autonome, curieux(euse), rigoureux(euse) et pédagogue. Encadrer des équipes techniques et diffuser de bonnes pratiques font également partie de vos compétences
- Vous vous épanouissez dans un environnement collaboratif
- Vous êtes passionné(e) par l’innovation
- Votre Anglais courant vous permettra de travailler dans un environnement international
- Les méthodologies agiles comme Scrum ou Kanban n’ont plus de secret pour vous
