**LE POSTE**

**RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Comprendre la valeur d’isglö, le profil de nos clients et leurs besoins.
- Gérer les leads entrants via le CRM Hubspot.
- Qualifier ces leads, identifier le besoin et transformer ce lead en rendez-vous auprès de nos technico-commerciaux.
- Communiquer régulièrement avec les équipes Marketing pour adapter les campagnes de communication en fonction des objectifs de vente.

Profil recherché

**Skill-set**

Une première expérience avec une cible B2C est un plus
Bonnes notions la rénovation énergétique
Tu connais les outils digitaux : CRM & Hubspot

**Mindset**

Tu n’as pas peur de décrocher ton téléphone
Tu es curieux(se) et tu t'intéresses aux profils et aux attentes de tes interlocuteurs
