Au sein du département du Digital et Développement Client, Louis Vuitton recrute un.e Training & Knowledge Solutions Project Manager pour soutenir les opérations, les projets et le développement de solutions visant à renforcer les compétences et les connaissances de nos conseillers client au sein des centres de services client de Louis Vuitton.

Vous rejoindrez l'équipe centrale des services client à Paris, chargée de définir la stratégie mondiale des services client et les solutions. Le périmètre comprend 10 centres de services client dans le monde, avec plus de 1500 conseillers client et gestionnaires, ainsi que plus de 30 sites de vente en ligne.

Vous serez sous la responsabilité du responsable du développement CSC, qui relève du responsable de l'équipe centrale CSC.

En tant que Training & Knowledge Solutions Project Manager vos missions seront:
1. Lancer et piloter des outils de formation stratégiques et innovants (mix reality, synthèse vocale, formation aux outils NFT...) pour embarquer les équipes CSC dans le bon parcours de formation:

- Trouver des solutions.
- Élaborer et piloter des POC.
- Gérer le changement et former les équipes pour que les CSC comprennent leur rôle et l'impact sur les clients.
- Diriger la phase d'hypercare pour suivre et fournir une assistance aux équipes locales CSC.
- Être orienté.e CSC pour proposer de nouvelles idées de formation afin d’innover et d’impliquer les conseillers clients dans les nouveaux produits, services ou outils.
- Construire un réseau avec les équipes transversales et de zone, en maintenant un contact régulier avec les zones pour répondre aux exigences locales.

2. Lancer et piloter de nouveaux certificats stratégiques et des outils et services de traçabilité (certificats de diamants, traçabilité des sacs Capucines).
- Gérer le changement et former les équipes pour améliorer les options en self-service pour nos clients.
- Veiller à ce que les nouvelles fonctionnalités en self-service soient bien documentées avant leur mise en service, ainsi que les questions et besoins émergents des clients.
- Suivre les progrès et les résultats (nombre d'articles publiés, consultés par les conseillers client et les clients, etc.).
- Recueillir les meilleures pratiques locales.
- Organiser des réunions avec les zones pour partager les résultats, les meilleures pratiques et convenir d'actions d'amélioration.

4. Gérer les projets Speech & Analytics (PNL) en collaboration avec les équipes techniques et CSC:

- Developper des études de cas pour suivre et mesurer l'expérience client.
- Identifier les besoins et élaborer des plans d'action pour améliorer l'expérience client grâce aux informations fournies par l'outil (PNL).
- Guider les équipes CSC et les équipes transversales dans l'adoption des idées trouvées dans les projets par le biais de rapports et d'animations (nombre d'articles publiés, consultés par les conseillers clients et les clients, etc.).

PROFIL
- Plus de 5 ans d'expérience en centre de service client, idéalement sur du e-commerce dans le retail ou dans le luxe.
- Compétences et expérience en gestion de projet (dans un environnement multiculturel)
- Excellente communication, à l'écrit et à l'oral.
- Capacité à collaborer avec d'autres membres de l'équipe pour obtenir un soutien technique et des connaissances.
- Capacité à gérer une équipe de projet internationale dispersée géographiquement.
- Français et Anglais courants.
