**À propos**:
Être indépendant, c’est avoir plusieurs métiers : son activité, son administratif, ses financesSauf qu’ils ont rarement des notions de comptabilité Pourtant, en France, il est obligatoire pour tous les indépendants, quelle que soit leur forme juridique, de tenir leur comptabilité et de déclarer leurs revenus. 2 possibilités s’offrent à eux:

- La faire soi-même : en prenant plusieurs heures sur leurs temps personnel pour le faire.

Comment ça marche ? En synchronisant leur compte bancaire professionnel, leurs transactions sont automatiquement catégorisées dans les bonnes lignes comptables. Et ce n’est pas tout Indy permet également aux indépendants de créer des factures personnalisées et générer leur liasse fiscale et bilan en 2 heures seulement.

Indy s’appuie sur trois piliers, qui sont fondamentaux : un produit intuitif et bien pensé, des tarifs ultra abordables (50% de nos fonctionnalités sont même accessibles gratuitement) et une importance très forte accordée à la qualité de notre service client. Déjà plus de **7**0 000 indépendants** automatisent leur comptabilité avec Indy, et on vise d'accompagner 1 million d'indépendants d'ici fin 2027

Nous venons de lever** 40M€ en Serie-C,** ce qui porte le total des fonds levés depuis le lancement à **86M€.**

Nous sommes aujourd’hui **260 indies** venant d’horizons et de parcours variés. Nous partageons tous le même objectif : créer une entreprise profondément humaine dans laquelle il fait (vraiment) bon travailler.

**Descriptif du poste**:
Véritable Bras Droit du COO, tu l’accompagnes pour trouver des réponses adéquates aux enjeux opérationnels d’Indy et tu prends en charge des projets complexes et transverses à notre organisation.

**Tes missions** En tant que Chief of Staff tu épauleras Julien, notre COO, au quotidien sur quatre grands chantiers
- **Analytics et problem solving** : Indy est une organisation multi-produits avec des centaines de milliers d’utilisateurs et la plupart de challenges auxquels nous faisons face nécessitent une approche démesurément analytique. Tu auras à réaliser un nombre important de phases de diagnostics data-diven pour concevoir des plans d’actions destinés à améliorer nos métriques de premier niveau.
- **Direction de projets** : tu prendras en charge des projets complexes et le plus souvent transverses à plusieurs départements d’Indy en partenariat avec les VPs en charge de ces départements.
- **Missions de transition** : il pourra t’être confié le management d’une équipe ou d’une activité pendant une durée limitée afin d’en assurer le management temporaire ou la transformation
- **Conception de supports de communication** : dans le cadre de préparations de meetings tel que le comex ou le board, ou pour une communication à l’ensemble des indies, tu pourras être amené.e à être en support du COO pour l’aider dans la conception et la production d’éléments préparatoires.

**Profil recherché**:
Tu bénéficieras d'un très fort niveau d'autonomie et d'exposition qui t'amènera à collaborer avec les différentes équipes d’Indy en lien avec la direction.
- Tu as **au moins 6 ans d’expérience** avec au moins une expérience réussie dans un cabinet de consulting et/ou une expérience dans un environnement scale-up/tech
- Tu sais faire preuve **d’autonomie** en étant exposé.e à des sujets stratégiques et tu n’as pas peur d’endosser des responsabilités
- Tu es capable de **piloter des projets**, tu es organisé.e, tu sais gérer et prioriser plusieurs tâches
- Tu fais **preuve de leadership**, tu sais travailler de façon transverse et instaurer un climat de confiance avec tes collaborateurs
- Tu as un **esprit analytique,** Excel et/ou Google sheets n’ont aucun secret pour toi.
- Tu as d’excellentes capacités de **communication** **à l’écrit et à l’oral** et tu sais collaborer efficacement et sans ego avec d’autres équipes
- **Tu crois en Indy,** tu veux aider des millions d’indépendants à être plus autonomes et tu te reconnais dans **nos valeurs**
