CEVA Logistics is growing We are looking for a CARGOWISE Transformation Expert - (Finance Requirements) to join our team.

The role will be based in our Global organisation in one of our operations based in Europe. This strategic project offers the opportunity to join a dynamic and highly specialized team rolling out Cargowise across our freight business globally.

YOUR ROLE

Reporting to the Global CargoWise One (CWO) Transformation Head of Requirements, this role is responsible for analyzing, validating, documenting, and testing the technical, operational and customer related requirements with a primary focus on the deployment of a new freight management system globally.

As a member of the Requirements team, you will be engaging closely with the business representatives, IT, Finance, and cluster/country project teams. The role will specifically focus on Finance Requirements and will have the following additional qualifications/responsibilities:
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

As a member of the Requirements team, you will be engaging closely with the business representatives, IT, Finance, and cluster/country project teams. The role will specifically focus on Finance Requirements and will have the following additional qualifications/responsibilities:
Conduct the local Country Pre-Deployment Assessments with objective to identify, validate and document country system/process gaps in comparison to a global standard, local business/customer requirement gaps, and any associated risks if not able to address fully prior to deployment.

Analyze, determine, and document system changes and/or interface requirements needed to address gaps identified during Country Pre-Deployment Assessment against the core solution. Engaging with the key stakeholders for sign-off on said solutions.

Submit any change requests to the IT organizations. Prioritize, validate and sign-off of solution designs provided by IT.

Creation of test cases, conduct and/or coordinate solution user acceptance testing (UAT), and all related documentation.

Conduct root cause analysis and manage defect identification and change request as identified through solution user acceptance testing

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, information systems, industrial engineering or other similar area of study

10-15 years in the 3PL or freight industry

3-5 years business analysis experience with focus on requirement documentation and project management

Detailed knowledge of air and ocean freight processes

Detailed understanding of CargoWise One

Strong in Change Management Understanding of Air & Ocean freight processes and corresponding operating systems (Cargowise or similar).

Good level of experience in over ERP Implementation

Fluency in English is a must

Must be based in a Time Zone compatible with CET time zone

CWO expertise is a MUST

Familiar with problematics related to Business Control and Reporting

Must have sensitivity to certain Finance topics, i.e., Revenue, cost allocation, etc.

Strong Data Analysis skills
