EMEA Strategy team works directly with ELC EMEA Management Team and General Managers of affiliates/markets to provide business critical insights using market and consumer analytics, ensure cross-functional alignment of strategy, budget and business goals and execution, and help teams drive strategic initiatives forward and track KPIs. Our team stays focused on aligning the strategic priorities with effective execution and help evolve early-stage ideas into significant opportunities.

**Position Summary**:

- Orchestrate key steps leading to the development of the 3-year EMEA Strategic Plan, including planning, framing of deliverables & expectations and preparation support for Brands, Energy centers, Affiliates
- Drives Strategic planning ensuring key stakeholders engage on key strategic initiatives for the company, with efforts focused on clear prioritization of the strategic initiatives, definition of deadlines, KPIs, roles, responsibilities, interdependencies, associated risks
- Supports Category strategies preparation in EMEA by connecting key stakeholders, helping to define the story line and critical content. Contribute actively to decision making ensuring market share growth across categories, through both qualitative inputs and in-depth quantitative analysis
- Supports various Transformation initiatives with immediate focus on Simplification (freeing up resources through optimization of processes, meetings, reporting etc.) ensuring proper planning, transparency, regular communication on process and results
- Drives the preparation of materials for regular Global Executive Leadership updates and supports with content preparation for EMEA Leadership meetings and off-sites
- Ensure regional Strategy and Long-Range planning
- Function as a top contributor and topic lead on the forward looking 3-year EMEA Strategic Plan, support the preparation process and engagement of key contributors & stakeholders
- Support Communication of the 3-year EMEA Strategic Plan, ensuring priorities and KPIs are clearly communicated and cascaded across the organization
- Support tracking of execution & operationalization of the 3-year EMEA Strategic Plan, including monitoring of relevant KPIs to track progress vs. Strategy
- Drive Strategic topics sharing sessions with other regions (e.g. APAC, UK) preparing meeting agendas, supporting the content preparation and sharing
- Drives the preparation of Strategy and business updates for Global Leadership team
- Drive EMEA Transformation initiatives, ensuring project management and progress monitoring
- Support the preparation and implementation of the complex multi-functional initiatives

**Qualifications**
- 5+ years experience
- English Fluent
- Consulting background (ideally tp-3 Strategy consulting companies - MBB)
- Strong interest in Beauty
