**Job Description**:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Franchise Broker Relations Specialist.
In this role, you will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with our franchise brokers and partners while ensuring their queries and concerns are addressed promptly.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for franchise brokers and partners.
- Providing information, guidance, and support to brokers regarding franchise opportunities.
- Coordinating communication between franchise brokers and internal teams.
- Managing and resolving inquiries and issues raised by franchise brokers.
- Conducting regular check-ins and evaluations of broker relationships.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop materials for broker use.
- Keeping accurate records of broker interactions and feedback.
- Prioritizing and managing connections with franchisees, brokers, and sales teams.
- Regularly checking and updating accounts to ensure accurate information.
- Reviewing and maintaining web pages related to franchise connections.
- Collaborating with internal departments to support connection activities.
- Ensuring that all connections align with the franchise expansion strategy.
- Tracking and reporting on the progress of connections.
- Resolving any issues or inquiries related to franchise connections.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of franchise systems and operations (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Prior experience in franchise support or related roles is a plus.
