Job Description

The Leisure Sales Support Executive is a key point of contact for information from Leisure clients, hoteliers, and sellers. They are involved in all stages of contract preparation, including negotiations, supporting Strategic Account Managers responsible for the account.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Pricing Analysis - Conduct comparative pricing studies to create consistent commercial proposals.
  • Proposal Drafting - Prepare commercial proposals that reflect hotel and Strategic Account Manager recommendations.
  • Pricing Compliance - Ensure adherence to leisure pricing strategy and monitor distribution channels.
  • Data Management - Input data into Salesforce (ANAIS) and Cvent, sharing regular commercial information.
  • Negotiation - Negotiate contract terms with hotels and Strategic Account Managers.
  • Client Communication - Share commercial offers with clients.
  • Clinet Disputes - Handle client disputes and invoicing, conduct credit assessments, and support group relocations or event organization.
  • Process Guidance - Act as a consultant for hubs and headquarters staff, guiding them in processes and best practices defined by Global Leisure Sales.
  • KPI Monitoring - Monitor KPIs related to account activities.
