**Auditeur Expérimenté Financial Services - Senior Coach F/H**

Dans le cadre de son développement, KPMG recrute des auditeurs seniors afin de constituer son équipe de Seniors Coachs en charge de l’encadrement et de l’animation des équipes d’auditeurs juniors.

Vous aurez ainsi l’opportunité d’acquérir et développer vos compétences managériales, d’accompagner des juniors et assistants techniques dans leur développement.

**VOS CHALLENGES**:

- Coacher et encadrement de proximité d’une équipe de 10 à 15 auditeurs juniors sur les travaux d’audit : définition des objectifs, accompagnement dans la réalisation des travaux, revues ciblées et débriefing avec les collaborateurs
- Accompagner des juniors et assistants techniques dans leur montée en compétences, via l’animation de formation
- Evaluer de la performance des juniors en lien avec les managers
- Assurer la gestion et le suivi de l’activité, en coordination avec les autres coachs et en lien avec les managers
- Assurer la gestion de la relation avec les équipes d’audit en étant un interlocuteur privilégié

En complément de ces activités, vous appuyez les managers de cette nouvelle organisation sur des sujets transverses : amélioration continue développement de formations, animation de la communauté,) et vous êtes impliqués sur les projets de l’équipe (Technologie Robotique, D&A, ).

**VOTRE PROFIL**:
Diplômé d'une école de commerce, d'ingénieurs ou d'une université, vous souhaitez valoriser une expérience réussie d’au moins deux ans acquise au sein d'un cabinet d'audit avec idéalement une première expérience d’encadrement.

Dynamique, pédagogue, vous disposez de qualités relationnelles essentielles à l’encadrement d’une équipe.

Vous souhaitez intégrer une nouvelle équipe et travailler en mode projet.

**Localisation**:
Vous serez basé à La Défense EQHO dans le cadre d'un contrat CDI.
