At Polar, the Growth team has a lot of impact by ensuring that we build the best growth Engine to allow the company to scale.

We're a tech-driven team, always experimenting with new no-code and codes. We're doing more with fewer people (we’ll be only 2 to start) by automating everything and monitoring each signal from our leads while maintaining a high level of quality. Our priority is to think scientifically, while also being creative, about how to help sales and Polar grow. We want to launch our content strategy in 2023, with a focus on creating high-quality content that the most innovative and growing D2C brands will love.

**Why this role?**:
As a Content Marketer, you will have a direct impact on Polar's growth. You will be responsible for creating content that all the D2C brands will love and devour.
- **
Build a content strategy and roadmap from scratch**: You will have the opportunity to create a content strategy and roadmap that aligns with Polar's business goals and objectives.
- ** Work on exciting topics about eCommerce and Growth**: The Content Manager role at Polar will involve researching, creating, and publishing content on topics related to eCommerce and Growth. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting and innovative content formats, such as interactive videos, webinars, podcasts, and more.
- ** Be the first in content and pillar of the growth team: Yo**u will be the first in content, which means you will set the standards for content quality, tone, style, and voice. You will be the go-to person for all content-related questions and concerns within the organization, and you will work closely with other teams, such as sales, product, and design, to ensure that the content aligns with the overall brand messaging and strategy.
- **_ Make a maximum impact on the entire company: Y_**ou will have a direct impact on the success of the entire company, not just the content marketing efforts. By creating high-quality and engaging content, you will attract more potential customers to the brand, increase brand awareness and loyalty, and drive conversions and revenue. Your work will also help establish Polar as a thought leader in the eCommerce industry, which will enhance its reputation and credibility.

**What’s the scope?**:

- Help Polar shine in the e-commerce industry_
- Develop and execute a content marketing strategy that aligns with Polar's overall business goals and objectives.
- Conduct research to identify relevant and trending topics in the eCommerce industry and create content that educates, engages, and converts target audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product, design, and SEO, to ensure content is optimized for conversions and aligns with brand messaging and guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of content marketing efforts, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports and recommendations to improve results.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations with industry thought leaders, influencers, and content creators to amplify content reach and engagement.
- Manage a pool of content creators and freelancers, including writers, designers, videographers, and editors, and ensure their work meets Polar's standards for quality and brand consistency.
