**La filiale française propose pour la zone France, Belgique et Monaco, un poste en CDI de Trade Marketing & Event Project Manager sur toutes les catégories Bulgari excepté les fragrances.**

**_ Les Missions :_**

Sous la responsabilité de la Responsable Marketing & Développement Clients vous aurez en charge:

- **Trade Marketing & Evénements (Retail & Wholesale)**:

- Définir avec votre N+1 la stratégie Trade Marketing de la zone sur le parc Retail & Wholesale.
- Déployer le plan d’action Trade Marketing & Events de la zone sur le parc Retail et Wholesale.
- Définir et respecter les plannings et l’exécution de tous les évènements pour la zone et le parc.
- Responsable de toutes les tâches liées aux évènements incluant les outils visuels, plv, invitation, cadeaux promotionnels, la logistique, la coordination des parties prenantes et des équipes au siège (HQ Rome).
- Être le support marketing aux activités en boutique.
- Collaborer avec les équipes commerciales afin de s’assurer de l’excellence des évènements sur la zone et le parc.
- Être chef de projet et assurer le suivi avec excellence du Brand Event et Regional Event, événement client annuel stratégique de la Maison.
- Collaborer de façon rapprochée avec le CRM Management et la Communication pour développer des expériences clients 360° sur l’ensemble du parc retail et wholesale (expériences physiques et digitales, drive to store ).
- Analyser, suivre et mesurer les résultats des actions menées : définir les KPI’s, réaliser les reports pre &; post event.
- Gérer et piloter le budget, piloter le suivi facturation.
- Pratiquer une veille affutée et constamment chercher à innover dans nos expériences Trade Marketing et évènements.

- Management d’une stagiaire partagée avec le Marketing.
- Accompagnement du Directeur Marketing & Communication sur des projets annexes et/ou Transversaux.

Profil

**_Le Profil :_**

Rattaché(e) à la Responsable Marketing & Développement Clients au sein du département Marketing & Communication, vous êtes passionné.e par le marketing et son déploiement opérationnel. L’évènementiel est aussi votre passion, vous faites preuve de créativité et d’excellence dans l’exécution et l’organisation. Vous aimez travailler en équipe dans un esprit collectif et collaboratif. Vous avez une vision 360°. De formation supérieure en école de commerce avec une spécialisation marketing, vous êtes rigoureux(se), agile et flexible. Vous aimez travailler en mode multi projets et faites preuve d’un grand sens de l’initiative. Vous êtes positif.ve vis-à-vis du changement.

En tant qu’expert du secteur du luxe, et fort d’une expérience de 5-8 années, vous saurez mener à bien les missions qui vous sont confiées. Convaincu(e) que le succès est le résultat du collectif, vous aimez le travail en équipe.
Anglais courant impératif et maitrise du Pack Office.
