Rattaché à la DRH France, entouré d'une équipe RH dynamique de 4 personnes, dans un contexte international et matriciel en véritable généraliste de la fonction et partenaire des managers, vous participez au déploiement de la stratégie RH du groupe au sein de l'entité française
Vos missions seront les suivantes:
- Conseiller les managers dans la gestion de leurs équipes au quotidien, les aider à développer leurs compétences managériales (leadership individuel et d'équipe), et jouer le rôle de médiateur en cas de difficulté ;
- Assurer la bonne intégration des nouveaux employés (enregistrement dans nos systèmes, aspects administratifs, suivi des périodes d'essai, etc.)
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les centres d'expertise partagés (recrutement, rémunération et avantages, gestion de carrière etc.)
- Appréhender et déployer de manière autonome des projets RH transversaux correspondant à la stratégie RH.
- Veiller au respect de la législation sociale, gérer les procédures disciplinaires et les litiges
- Contribuer à un bon climat social ; en développant le sentiment d'appartenance des salariés, en renforçant les actions de communication et d'animation au sein de l'entité française
- Participer aux relations sociales au sein de l'entreprise, suppléer le DRH dans certaines réunions et instances. Préparer et animer les réunions mensuelles du CSE en binôme avec la DRH
- Participer aux négociations des accords d'entreprises et NAO, s’assurer du respect de la publicité auprès des autorités compétentes
- Gérer les indicateurs RH en assurant un reporting RH régulier dans le cadre du contrôle de gestion sociale (indicateurs pour la NAO, effectifs, reporting groupe, données pour la préparation des négociations des conventions collectives, index égalité homme/femme etc.)
- Coordonner et déployer localement les différents programmes du groupe, sur les domaines suivants : les processus de mobilité, la gestion des carrières et la gestion des performances.
De formation supérieure en ressources humaines et/ou en droit social, vous avez 2 ans d'expérience minimum dans une fonction RH locale dans un environnement international, si possible au sein d'une structure matricielle.
Rompu aux questions managériales et homme/femme de terrain, vous souhaitez vous positionner comme un appui solide pour vos interlocuteurs opérationnels en matière de RH et de juridique, de développement des compétences et de fidélisation.
Vous avez un bon esprit d’équipe, vous êtes autonome dans la réalisation de vos missions, vous êtes rigoureux et pragmatique.
Un niveau d'anglais professionnel est indispensable.
