Contexte Equipe
En tant que Customer Success Manager, vous rejoindrez l'équipe HPC (High Performance Computing) dirigée par notre directeur de l'entité HPC. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec lui pour garantir la mise à jour et la pertinence des informations relatives au suivi des affaires. Vous serez un acteur clé dans l'amélioration de nos processus et outils de suivi, contribuant ainsi à la croissance et au succès de notre entité.

Afin d’améliorer le suivi de nos prospects et de nos affaires en cours, nous recrutons un-e Customer Success Manager sur Les Clayes-sous-Bois. Vous aurez la charge d’évaluer et de mettre à jour les outils de suivi des affaires, de vous assurer de la mise à jour des données, d’en évaluer la pertinence et de donner au management de l’entité une vue synthétique des prospects et des affaires en cours.
Vos missions principales seront de:
Évaluer les outils utilisés pour suivre nos prospects et nos clients et déterminer s’ils sont adéquats pour un suivi opérationnel de l’avancement commercial (relations client), technique (configuration, fournisseurs) et financier (marge, profil de cash).
Proposer les adaptations nécessaires tant aux outils qu’aux procédures de mise à jour.
Assurer l’alimentation des données auprès des forces commerciales.
S’assurer que les données sont à jour et complètes, éventuellement en demandant des précisions supplémentaires.
Analyser les données pour alerter sans délai le management de l’entité HPC et au-delà en fonction des risques ou des opportunités détectés.
Votre profil:
Vous avez une expérience d’au moins 10 ans dans l’IT.
La connaissance du HPC et/ou de l’IA serait un plus.
Vous êtes familier des processus de ventes et des opérations financières d’un fournisseur de matériel IT.
Vous maîtrisez l’utilisation des outils de gestion client et finance (SAP, SalesForce, etc.).
Vous êtes à l’aise dans la relation avec des interlocuteurs commerciaux, savez faire preuve de fermeté et de souplesse, et êtes orienté résultat.
Vous êtes de langue maternelle française ou anglaise et capable de soutenir une conversation professionnelle approfondie dans l’autre langue.
