**ALTERNANCE CUSTOMER SUCCESS / SERVICE CLIENT**
- Accompagnement 360° des Skillers et Influenceurs : Onbording, prise en main de l’outil, fidélisation et croissance au sein de la plateforme
- Relecture, modération et correction des profils et des annonces postés sur la plateforme
- Traitement des demandes téléphoniques et mailing
- Organisation et réalisation des interviews, podcasts et webinaires avec nos Skillers et Influenceurs
- Réalisation de Tutoriels de support interactifs

Stage de 4 à 6 mois, prise de poste ASAP

50% du titre transport

- En formation en école de commerce ou communication, tu as une très forte appétence pour le Customer Success.
- Tu es réactif(ve), autonome, dynamique et tu as une très bonne aisance relationnelle et rédactionnelle
- Tu as un esprit vif, créatif, tu as soif d'apprendre et tu veux que cette expérience te fasse grandir, humainement et professionnellement
- Passionné(e) par les réseaux sociaux et les nouvelles technologies
