In this role, you’ll have the chance to truly make an impact. You’ll be trusted to drive sales growth, but also to build long-lasting relationships with key partners in the region. You’ll play a critical part in enhancing Milestone’s reputation and ensuring we remain the top choice for security solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the sales budget for the region and ensure sales targets are met.
- Build and manage the sales channel ensuring that Milestone is by far the leader in Open Platform VMS in your region.
- Stay always updated on our products and convey the technology to our partners.
- Work closely with the Learning and Performance team in getting our channel certified.
- Participate in and organize marketing events, exhibitions, and seminars.
- Work closely with pre
- and post-sales teams.
- Provide feedback to internal teams, including Business Development and Product Management.
- Set targets with distributors and track performance.
- Handle RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.
**About the team**:
As part of the **EMEA Sales team **, you’ll work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with sales representatives, engineers, key account managers, and community managers across the region. Reporting to the Sales Director for EMEA South Europe, you'll be part of a motivated team dedicated to driving growth and innovation in the security industry.
**What We're Looking For**:
- **Experience**:5-8 years of sales experience in the security industry, with a strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
- **Sales Skills**:Proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets.
- **Technical Knowledge**:Familiarity with CCTV, cybersecurity, IT, and CRM tools is a plus.
- **Languages**:Native French and business-level English are required.
- **Education**:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- **Travel**:Willingness to travel
**Preferred Skills & Competencies**:
- Strong leadership and influential skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- A customer-focused mindset with high ethical standards and a collaborative attitude.
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgement with important matters.
