Gestion des P&L
- Vous êtes responsable du P&L du canal professionnel (B2B) pour votre marché, en stimulant la rentabilité, la croissance du volume et la part de marché.
- Réaliser les objectifs de ventes (volume et revenus) et de Trading Profit.

Stratégie
- Vous développez, communiquez et mettez en œuvre la stratégie du marché de Dyson Professional et la mettez en œuvre par le biais de l'équipe.
- Contribuer au développement et aux initiatives stratégiques globales en fournissant des informations sur le marché et en influençant l'orientation générale de l'entreprise.
- Créer une stratégie efficace couvrant les canaux clés pour débloquer et maximiser les opportunités de ventes rentables.
- Collaborer avec des équipes transversales pour soutenir le développement de la stratégie de service et d'après-vente, afin de garantir que les clients sont pris en charge avant et après la vente.
- Travailler avec les équipes du marché pour stimuler les ventes de la technologie Dyson dans les verticaux B2B en respectant les canaux de commercialisation des consommateurs.

Impact commercial
- Vous vous appropriez et définissez les conditions commerciales et la stratégie de prix (en respectant les directives mondiales) afin de vous engager efficacement et d'obtenir des résultats auprès des partenaires de distribution et des clients utilisateurs directs.
- Diriger les activités des comptes clés en soutenant les visites clés aux partenaires locaux et nationaux.
- Générer de nouvelles pistes commerciales et de nouvelles relations avec les clients du marché.
- Contribuer à représenter l'entreprise à l'extérieur sur les thèmes de l'hygiène, de la recherche et du développement durable.
