Ai Benchmark Engineer

**Missions**:
**What a typical day on the job might look like**:

- Involvement in estimating the performance of the next generation of high-performance chips developed at SiPearl.
- Participation in the optimization of AI frameworks and workflows to exploit heterogeneous memories and specificities of Arm architectures.
- Opportunity to work and collaborate with other teams to guide the development of new optimizations and improve the overall performance of AI and HPC workloads.
- Collaboration with customers and external partners, from both industry and academia, to gather information on requirements and contribute to collaborative projects.

**What makes you a good match**:

- Hands-on experience working with deep learning toolkits such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Strong background in machine learning and deep learning techniques, notably LLM.
- Experience in using, implementing, training, fine-tuning, and optimizing foundation models or generative models.
- Good ability to extract and analyze results.
- Comfortable with Python programming, Bash, and Linux.

**Desirable skills**:

- Experience with natural language processing, computer vision, or audio processing generative models (including LLM, Diffusion models, GANs, VAEs).
- Proven R&D experience.
- Comfortable with C++ and parallel/distributed models.
- Experience with ARM architecture and/or vectorization and/or heterogeneous memories.

The job can be based in France (Maisons-Laffitte, Massy Palaiseau, or Grenoble) or in Spain (Barcelona).
