About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Benchmark Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for evaluating and optimizing high-performance computing applications on our architecture. You will work closely with our VP R&D System & Software, Vincent Casillas, and our Software Application Manager, Etienne Renault.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating and optimizing HPC applications to our architecture
  • Collaborating with our team to develop new optimizations and improve overall HPC workload performance
  • Working with customers and external partners from industry and academia
  • Managing a team of approximately 10 people

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in benchmarking, performance analysis, and optimization. You will also need to be proficient in C/C/Fortran programming, bash, and Linux. Experience in ARM architecture, vectorization, and heterogeneous memories is a plus. A strong ability to synthesize and compare results is also essential.

We are looking for a candidate who is adaptable, autonomous, and has good problem-solving skills. You will need to be able to learn new skills and adapt to our challenges. Fluency in English is a prerequisite for success in this role.
