**genOway** est une société de biotechnologies spécialisée dans la conception et le développement de modèles de recherche précliniques, à partir de cellules ou de rongeurs, à destination des laboratoires de l’industrie pharmaceutique, des sociétés de biotechnologies et de la recherche universitaire.

En s’appuyant sur une plateforme technologique unique, constituée de licences mondiales exclusives
(recombinaison homologue, CRISPR/Cas9), genOway est en mesure de proposer à ses clients des modèles de recherche innovants permettant d’étudier les effets d’un gène ou d’un médicament thérapeutique sur un organisme « humanisé ». Ces modèles accompagnent les chercheurs des leaders mondiaux de l’industrie pharmaceutique, des sociétés de biotechnologies ou de prestigieux laboratoires de recherche académique.

Depuis sa création, la société a développé plus de 2 500 modèles de recherche, contribuant ainsi à la mise au point de nombreux traitements et médicaments thérapeutiques.

genOway opère principalement aux États-Unis (60%) et dans 28 pays dans le monde.

**Votre mission**

Rattaché au Directeur des Opérations Commerciales, **le Project Delivery Manager (F/H)** est en charge de la performance de deux équipes regroupant des chefs de projets scientifiques : une équipe de consultants en charge du montage d’offres scientifiques et commerciale, une équipe de chefs de projet en charge des projets de création de nouveaux modèles.

**Responsabilités principales**
- Être garant de la performance des équipes sur leurs projets : réactivité client, suivi du niveau de qualité, délais / retards sur les projets, maitrise des coûts
- Assurer l’équilibre entre la charge et la capacité et garantir la bonne répartition de la charge au niveau des équipes avec l’appui des coordinateurs
- Appuyer les chefs de projet dans la résolution de problèmes liés à l’organisation ou aux méthodes de gestion de projet
- Piloter l’amélioration de la performance de chacune des équipes, au travers de plans d’action et d’indicateurs de performance spécifiques
- Suivre le développement des collaborateurs : suivi des objectifs individuels, plan de développement, aide à la planification et la gestion des priorités, épanouissement personnel, environnement de travail
- Valider les besoins de formation des équipes, en s’appuyant sur les experts / formateurs de chaque équipe et sur les équipes RH
- Assurer le relais de la Direction auprès des équipes, notamment en matière de communication interne
- Représenter les équipes auprès des autres services / départements
- Faire un reporting régulier des activités des équipes au directeur des opérations commerciales.

**Profil recherché**

Formation scientifique ou très fort attrait par la biologie.

Réel manager dans l’âme, vous justifiez de minimum 5 ans d’expérience dans des fonctions similaires.
Reconnu(e) pour **votre capacité d’organisation, vos compétences en gestion de projet** **et votre capacité d’adaptation**, on vous décrit comme un très bon communicant avec une réelle aisance relationnelle. Vous avez un niveau d’exigence élevé avec une capacité à piloter et à gérer des projets de dimensions variables en simultané.
Vous êtes organisé(e), pragmatique et orienté(e) solutions, vous vous montrez force de propositions.
