**Why we’re hiring a People & Culture Advisor? **We are hiring a People & Culture Advisor due to our impressive 2025 growth plans In this role, you will find that no two days are the same, you will be able to take ownership of your location (S) & there is a huge amount of variety in this position. Reporting directly into our People & Culture Business Partner, you will always have open and direct lines of communication.

**What to expect?**
- Supporting Line Managers in all matters relating to HR including terms and conditions, absence, and flexible working requests.
- Striving for efficiency in delivering HR services in collaboration with the People & Culture team, whilst having a mind-set of continuous improvement.
- Providing frontline welfare support including sickness absence, maternity, grievance, disciplinary, performance and capability issues.
- Ensuring all appropriate policies, procedures and legal requirements are in compliance with local regulations and creating any that are missing and making improvements where appropriate with the help of external lawyers.
- Communicating effectively and professionally with both internal and external people, ensuring the confidentiality of all written and verbal communication.
- Helping to connect our employees to Learning & Development programmes and training courses.
- Promoting well-being and employee engagement in the workplace.
- Supporting the Talent Acquisition Team for French, Swiss, Romanian, and other European recruitment.
- Adherence to our Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure all work is handled securely, professionally, and diligently.

**Skills you’ll need**:

- Essential
- Previous experience in a French HR role.
- Essential
- Bilingual or highly fluent in French / English.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment desirable
- Good working knowledge of French employment legislation and advising on and implementing HR procedures and policies
- Desirable-An awareness of Swiss employment legislation and Romanian employment legislation is a plus.
- Experience setting up a new country for employment in Europe is a plus.
