**JOB PROFILE**
- ESI _Group _is seeking a_n_** **_Associate_**_ Technical Engineer_**_ to join its _Mechanical & Safety Professional team _focused_ to project deliver_ies_ for ESI’s main customers in automotive indust_ry._

**MISSION**
- As Associate technical_ engineer_ in Professional Services Performance Unit_,_ you will be_ _integrated into a Customer Success organisation_ to _play a key role in customer satisfaction and success by providing _appropriate technical_ solutions, ensuring seamless _integration,_ and offering ongoing support._
- As part of a team of passionate experts, you will _benefit_ from all the _expertise_ and _know-how_ of the teams to develop your own _know-how_. Your integration into technical projects will be based on a defined scope of work, _achievable _deadlines,_ and milestones_ to make you successful._

**RESPONSABILITIES**
- As part of a Customer Success organisation, _you will h_andle crash and safety simulations with ESI Virtual Performance Solution (VPS, PAM-CRASH) according to the current rules and regulations like Euro NCAP, ECE, CNCAP and others._
- You will manage and deliver _custom projects to meet customer _expectation and _milstones_, ensur_ing_ their integration_s_ and gather_ing_ customer feedback _by _maintain_ing_ transparent communication_._
- As Technical Engineer in Professional services _Performance_ Unit, you_r commitment will be to deliver _in time_ and_ in_ _respect of _Customers expectations._

**JOB **REQUIREMENTS**- Master's Degree, Engineering in Mechanical or Automotive_ with _d_ood_ understanding of applied mechanics._- Knowledge of _finite element software as LS-DYNA, _ANSYS, _ABAQUS, _PAMCRASH_,__. _With _early use _of _Pre_/Post-processing _softwares_ is an advantage._- Linux, Python scripting is an advantage._- Exposure in CAD _e.g._ Catia V5, Solid Works, Pro-Engineer is an advantage but not _required_._- Good communication_ skills in English (written and spoken)_ and _Good_ communication skills in German _is_ an added advantage._- At least 2 years relevant working experience._
