About the Team Hiring:
Tous nos ingénieurs ArchiWizard travaillent dans notre bureau de Paris. Vous travaillerez à la fois avec l'équipe technique et l'équipe produit d’ArchiWizard, tous âgés de moins de 31 ans. ArchiWizard fonctionne comme une startup au sein de Graitec, et avons plus que doublé la taille de l'équipe au cours de l'année passée. Notre équipe soudée incarne l'état d'esprit entrepreneurial de Graitec.

Vous travaillerez également avec l’ensemble de l’équipe technique de Graitec France et des autres filiales (UK, USA, etc.). Les équipes de Graitec France sont implantées dans plusieurs villes. Ainsi entouré, vous pourrez capitaliser sur l’expérience de personnes expertes dans leur domaine à travers le Groupe, qui vous aideront à bien prendre en main votre poste et participeront à votre développement professionnel.

Overview:
ARCHIWIZARD est un logiciel de Graitec qui permet aux architectes et ingénieurs d’évaluer l’efficacité énergétique et l’impact carbone des bâtiments. ARCHIWIZARD s’intègre dans les workflows BIM et fonctionne à partir de modèles 3D. Il vérifie le respect des normes françaises (RE2020, RT2012, RTex) et fournit des outils complets d’optimisation en temps réel (p. ex. ensoleillement et lumière naturelle, production d’énergie solaire) pour concevoir des bâtiments plus soutenables. ARCHIWIZARD permet de guider les choix architecturaux sur le confort (p. ex. thermique, lumineux), d’améliorer la performance énergétique (y compris avec des Simulations Thermiques Dynamiques) et la performance carbone avec des Analyses de Cycle de Vie, et de confronter ses projets à des labels environnementaux (p.ex. BREEAM, HQE).

Votre rôle technique sera focalisé sur des activités avant la vente du logiciel et après la vente, en priorisant la relation client et sa satisfaction. Votre activité sera ainsi divisée en 3 domaines:

- 40% environ avant l'acte de vente (démonstrations, discussions techniques préliminaires, etc.)
- 40% environ après l'acte de vente (formations client, conseil, support)
- 20% environ pour le développement du produit (soutien à l'équipe Produit, création de documents pour les clients ou les équipes internes, réalisation de videos, création de webinaires, rédaction d'articles de blog et autre contenu pour le marketing)
