Senior Sales Coordinator - Southern Europe - France

The role of Senior Sales Coordinator aims at providing an efficient high quality sales support to the Southern Europe VP, based in France, and the Southern Sales team management covering France, Italy, Spain and Portugal to manage & drive the Southern Sales Team ( 30 Sales). The scope of activities can be stretched according to the employee capabilities and eagerness to explore and drive new areas

**Responsibilities**:

- Sales Team Activities Coordination Support
- o Supporting daily sales team activities as required for and on behalf of sales directors and account management team
- Governance - Weekly meetings cadence
- Set-up Quarterly Sales Team meetings
- Support client meetings including agenda, hotels, entertainment, catering, meeting rooms
- Upskill sessions
- Support marketing manager assisting with events and other projects
- Respond to detailed requests, complete research, and provide the appropriate level of information independently
- Arranging cross function workshops for UK team (bi-annually)
- Managing and mentoring apprentices
- Sales Administration
- Providing personal administrative support to VP
- Calendar management
- Travel arrangements
- Expenses
- Support team travel arrangements including visas, flights, hotels
- Southern VP Initiatives Coordination Support.

On behalf of the Southern Vice-President coordinate some sales & people initiatives
- Proactive role in contacts management and establishing communications channel with user base (salesforce)
- Proactive role in quality of sales forecast and pipeline (salesforce) Executing pipeline days
- Generating reports and dashboards for varying business purposes (salesforce)
- Prospecting programme coordination
- Manage the upkeep and development of standard practices and procedures, ensuring all team members are made aware of new or updated information
- Coaching team on updated systems and processes
- Coaching new starters in systems and processes
- Supporting change management activities within SE sales team

Skills and Experience
- Exceptional organisational & administration skills
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Enthusiasm and tenacity
- Ability to work effectively without close supervision
- Experience of working within a busy sales administration role
- Force of proposition in Team engagement and activities
- Confident telephone manner
- Confident in themselves and their abilities
- Well-spoken and presented
- Ability to learn, use and retain new skills.
- Should have a structured approach to work and a good eye for detail
- Flexible in approach to work
- Based upon functional knowledge be able to prioritise tasks
- Good Standard of competency in MS Office & MS Outlook & Microsoft Teams
- Knowledge of Salesforce (or other CRM system)
