Nos experts s'engagent à fournir une qualité améliorée, des solutions intégrées et une efficacité optimisée, ce qui permet de réaliser des progrès décisifs en matière de confiance diagnostique et de délais d'exécution.

L'équipe Service Clients Leica Biosystems recherche son/sa nouveau/nouvelle Field Service Engineer pour travailler sur la région Centre. Idéalement localisé à Lyon ou Clermont-Ferrand, vous interviendrez sur les départements suivants : 69, 63, 42, 19, 23, 03. Au sein d'une équipe de 27 personnes en France, vous serez responsable de l'installation, la désinstallation, la maintenance préventive et curative du matériel et des produits Leica Biosystems.

**Principales Responsabilités**:
Vous interviendrez sur les gammes histologie et immuno-histochimie Leica Biosystems, afin de:

- Assurer l’installation et la maintenance des instruments de diagnostic vendus ou mis à disposition chez nos clients.
- Analyser/Diagnostiquer un besoin client
- Intervenir chez nos clients lorsqu’ils font face à un problème qui ne peut pas être réglé par téléphone.

Ce que vous pouvez apporter:

- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire, de préférence dans le domaine du diagnostic
- Connaissances en automates, mécanique, robotique et sur la configuration de l'installation de reseaux tels que les pares-feux et les réseaux TCP/IP.
- Sens de la relation client, autonomie et rigueur

A noter : de nombreux déplacements sont à prévoir, notamment les premiers mois pour assister aux différentes formations.
