Un challenge à objectif clair **:développer le CA de 3 à 8 millions d’euros en France et à l’international **
Au programme:
- Co-Définir la **stratégie commerciale** ; Porter les enjeux de diversification
- Développer une **stratégie de prospection et de vente** sur chacun des marchés
- **Management de l'équipe sales **(2 BDM; 1 AM; 1 BDR)
- Recrutement, intégration et formation de nouveaux collaborateurs
- **Animation du réseau de distributeurs et partenaires**:
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les autres services de l'entreprise (Marketing, CSM/Support, Tech/Produit/Data, Finance)
- Organiser et mettre en œuvre aux côtés de la Direction Générale un **reporting régulier au Conseil de Surveillance de l’entreprise**
- On recherche un profil challenger, qui sait allier continuité et innovation, esprit entrepreneurial & co-construction._

Une **expérience d’au moins 3 ans en direction commerciale dans un univers SaaS en BtoB**, vous avez acquis des compétences clés:
- Une excellente connaissance de la vente et de la prospection en BtoB
- La maîtrise de l’acquisition et de la gestion des affaires complexes en cycles longs
- La maîtrise d’un **anglais courant**
La connaissance du monde de la foodtech est un plus
