Dans le cadre de sa forte croissance, Basile recherche un Customer Success Manager Junior.

**Missions et responsabilités**:
Nous recherchons un Customer Success Manager pour nous accompagner dans notre croissance et notre structuration.

En tant que Customer Success Manager vous serez immédiatement projeté au cœur d’une entreprise en pleine croissance. Vous travaillerez en particulier sur les sujets suivants:
1. L’onboarding client:

- Un nouveau contrat signé : vous prenez le relais de manière autonome dans la relation client.
- Vous orchestrez, en collaboration avec les équipes produits et techniques, le déploiement de la solution Basile chez nos clients.
- Vous conseillez les clients sur la conception et la gestion de leur programme de cooptation et de mobilité.

2. L’optimisation client:
Vous êtes en relation permanente avec nos clients, principalement par téléphone ou en visio.
- Vous analysez les fameux « KPI » afin d’évaluer et suivre la performance de votre portefeuille.
- Vous accompagnez les clients afin de les rendre autonomes dans l’utilisation de nos outils.
- Vous déployez avec l’aide de l’équipe produit, toutes les améliorations utiles aux clients que vous suivez (récupération de feedbacks clients et users).

3. La relation commerciale:

- En lien direct avec des interlocuteurs de haut niveau (DRH, responsables recrutement, etc.), vous apprendrez à construire et entretenir une relation client dans un cadre professionnel.
- Vous identifiez et concrétisez les opportunités d’upselling apportant de la valeur aux clients.
- Vous êtes l’interlocuteur privilégié de vos clients (fidélisation, suivi, renouvellements commerciaux).
- Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’une école de commerce ou d’ingénieur
- Vous avez un bon relationnel et le sens du service
- Vous êtes organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et synthétique
- Vous avez de bonnes capacités orales et rédactionnelles
- Vous souhaitez avoir rapidement des responsabilités
- Vous avez la volonté de toujours vous améliorer
- Vous avez idéalement une première expérience en relation client BtoB est un plus
