As we continue to grow, we are excited to add a **Logistics Manager (France) **to our global team. **Position based in central Paris (hybrid work).**
**Here are some of the EXCITING things you'll get to do (RESPONSIBILITIES)**:
- Understand business requirements, deliver logistics solutions in a cost-effective and high-quality manner
- Be the key point of contact for all logistics issues in France and support on other markets as they come on-line. Support the sales team on logistics and stock management matters.
- Work collaboratively with third-party logistics partners to ensure great service levels and best cost
- Liaise with the internal teams and the logistics service partners to support and orchestrate all the stakeholders, communicating effectively to ensure collaboration
- Analyse the data, and evaluate performance metrics to ensure quality delivery and cost-efficient workflow processes and to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
**ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS**:
- Fluent French and English
- Proven track record of leading teams in a logístical environment and working in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation and improvement is part of our culture
- Knowledge of the European logistics marketplace as a whole is be desirable as Shark Ninja grows its presence in new countries.
- Commitment to learning and expanding professional and technical knowledge
- Numerate with seasoned analytical and quantitative skills and ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases
- Ability to clearly communicate data insights to others
- Willingness to be hands-on and flexible with the workload
- Ability to understand the product, our business, and the competitive landscape
- Be agile, enthusiastic, and curious
