PERMANENT CONTRACT The Zonal and High-Performance Computer Prototype manager is responsible to Manage all hardware Prototypes Internal and External for the newly developed computing platforms for STLA Brain EE Architecture. Stellantis is moving to internal design for new complex computing platforms and bringing the capability in house. The prototype team coordinate and support Vehicle Application with part handling throughout the different phases of Hardware development. Activities Include: - Vehicle level: o Supporting vehicle level mule activities with Gateways (Zonal Computers and High-performance computers) based on Architectural needs. o ECU Configuration - Prototype Management o Hardware bring-up o Coordinate ECU reworks and updates o HW verifications and basic testing (non-production) o Coordinating with outside companies for rapid prototype turn around (PCB fabrication), wire harness buildup. o Inventory management o Interface with External Partners for Prototype Manufacturability - Responsible for personnel management tasks including hiring, goal planning, progress tracking, mentoring, team status reporting, etc. - Mentoring Development team members and supporting their career development - Staying abreast of tools, technologies and industry developments relevant to the work of the team - Able to see and understand the full value stream and help the teams to identify and remove impediments to flow of value. - Educate, coach, and mentor others on Lean and Agile Development processes and practices - Identify potential process improvement projects, drive lean development activities and ensure progress while tracking project status and closure - Work with Project Development Team to maintain scheduling and budgeting of development projects ONLY SEND CV IN ENGLISH
