Lynx RH Paris 11, cabinet de recrutement, en CDI, CDD, intérim, recherche pour l'un de ses clients, un Conseiller Energies B to B (H/F).

Vos missions
- ** A**ccueillir physiquement la clientèle,
- ** A**ssurer la relation téléphonique avec la clientèle (appels entrants et sortants),
- ** P**articiper aux campagnes permanentes d’appels sortants,
- ** P**roposer et vendre à la clientèle tous les produits et les services de l’entreprise en s’assurant de la satisfaction client,
- ** N**égocier et enregistrer les commandes dans l’outil informatique dédié en tenant compte des moyens mis à disposition par les Répartiteurs et de la situation financière du compte client,
- ** Q**ualifier le fichier clients et le mettre régulièrement à jour à chaque contact téléphonique,
- **A**ssurer le suivi des comptes clients,
- **R**elancer les mauvais payeurs et gérer les impayés,
- ** G**érer les clients mensualisés,
- ** A**ssurer tout reporting et toute tâche administrative,
- **E**nvoyer tous courriers et documents commerciaux.

Profil recherché

Bac à Bac +2 (BTS, DUT ou Licence)
- Réelle aptitude commerciale Aisance relationnelle et notamment au téléphone, amabilité, écoute du client,
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques, bureautiques et de l’environnement Windows,
- Disponibilité, Patience, Dynamisme, Rigueur, Polyvalence et Fiabilité
