Proposed missions :

Act as a role model by adopting the ESG approach and applying TEN values on a daily basis. Lead by example in HSE matters, strictly applying the project's HSE procedures. Lead the initiative to develop O&M methods/processes (referred to internally as the O&M Manual) corresponding to the overall execution model defined at business line level for O&M phases. To this end, you will receive support and guidance from the business line team to ensure that you learn and progress through the initiative at the same time.  Develop the necessary procedures/forms for the operation and maintenance manual. Coordinate with other departments to meet the challenge of product development (Rely, Reju, Canopy... visit website before interview). Liaise with various internal stakeholders and implementation partners in the different operating centers to develop the method in line with internal best practices. Liaise with TEN's IT department (known as IDS) and provide information on operating and maintenance systems.  Co-animate networks of O&M experts.

Special note: After the internship, it is possible to continue working for the company, depending on opportunities, profile strengths and the desire to progress.

What we expect from you :

Motivated and committed, 5 years' higher education or specialized Master's degree - technical profile, Exposure to Operations, Maintenance in the process industry, Knowledge of basic maintenance engineering concepts, Mechanical or chemical background, Strong ability to adapt and make proposals, Assertive mindset (ESG/Environment), Knowledge and clear understanding of quality principles, Operational English imperative (oral and written), Ability to work with digital tools, Profile with basic knowledge of ISO55001 is a plus.

During this internship, you will be accompanied by a tutor to answer any questions you may have. This internship will give you the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge.
