**Role Overview**:
The role will report to the Global Head of Integrate brand communications and will include the management of 3 PR experts.

**Core Responsibilities**:
Strategic Leadership:

- Craft and implement a cutting-edge PR and cultural strategy that aligns with our overarching business goals, driving brand relevance and audience engagement across all touchpoints, as part of the overall integrated brand communication planning process on all global brands.
- Initiate and oversee dynamic PR and cultural initiatives, including high-profile events, strategic collaborations, and innovative product launches.

Collaboration and Influence:

- Act as a strategic advisor to our brand marketing teams, guiding them in the integration of cultural insights and PR amplification strategies that elevate brand positioning.
- Forge and nurture strategic partnerships with influencers, media outlets, and external agencies, maximizing our brands' visibility and impact.

Knowledge Sharing and Advocacy:

- Champion the importance of earned media within our organization, facilitating regular knowledge-sharing sessions to elevate our internal capabilities and understanding of PR's evolving landscape.
- Lead by example in mastering and advocating for the Integrated Communication Plan (ICP) process, promoting a culture of strategic thinking and collaboration.

Performance and Impact Analysis:

- Develop and maintain a robust framework for measuring the effectiveness of our PR and cultural activations, ensuring data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Secure and optimize strategic partnerships, such as with Meltwater and Freuds, to enhance our monitoring, analysis, and impact of earned media efforts.

Key Objectives:

- Develop an integrated communication strategy that not only resonates with our target audiences but also sets new industry standards for innovation and engagement.
- Drive significant improvements in earned media value and organic coverage, establishing our brands as leaders in their respective markets.
- Lead our brands to win prestigious awards in marketing and communications, highlighting our commitment to excellence and creativity

About you
Skills and Qualifications:

- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mobilize internal and external teams towards a common vision.
- A proven track record in PR, cultural marketing, and influencer management, with at least 10+ years of experience in related fields.
- Advanced degrees in Marketing, Communications, or related fields are preferred, coupled with a deep understanding of the digital and cultural landscapes.
