A progressing year of 2023 filled with exciting events such as raising €10 million in Series A, acquiring Neo-Nomade in France, and Deskalot in Belgium What does the future hold for us in the second half of the year? Internationalization, diverse projects, new clients, and a new Account Executive Brokerage

Attached to Team Lead Brokerage Nathan, you will be responsible for generating revenue for our Brokerage division currently composed of 3 individuals.

In a few words, what is Brokerage? Worklib is an expert in hybrid work, offering various solutions to our clients. Among them, we provide, in the form of a coworking search service, our expertise in flexible solutions for businesses. Brokerage involves relieving our clients in their searches by mobilizing our vast network of partners, encompassing coworking spaces, business centers, operated offices, and much more. These flexible real estate solutions provide an invaluable alternative to traditional office leasing under 3/6/9-year leases, offering optimal flexibility to our clients.

**Your missions will include**:
**Primary Missions (80% of your time)**:

- Manage incoming requests with excellence (80%), actively seek new client opportunities (20%), and guide them from expressing their needs to settling into their new office. This includes qualifying needs, researching flexible real estate solutions, coordinating visits, negotiating, and signing contracts.
- Retain our clients by developing up-sell and cross-sell strategies, aiming to strengthen our position as a preferred partner.
- Constantly monitor the market to detect emerging business opportunities and anticipate client needs.
- Actively contribute to the improvement and evolution of our digital product/tool, thereby increasing the number of generated leads.

**Secondary Missions (20% of your time)**:

- Represent Worklib excellently at major events such as exhibitions, conferences, boards, etc., to promote our company and expand our reach.
- Maintain close and privileged relationships with our partners, including WeWork, Morning, Wojo, Deskeo, Patchwork, by actively participating in their events and immersing yourself in their coworking spaces to strengthen our mutual collaboration.

**You are the right person if**:

- You have more than 2 years of experience in a B2B sales position.
- You have experience in the real estate market, preferably in the flexible space.
- You perfectly master B2B sales cycle stages (simple and complex sales).
- You have a Startup mindset: versatile, agile, and open-minded.
- You are fluent in French, with an English level of C1 or above.
- You are proficient in digital sales support tools: CRM (Hubspot), prospecting tools (Sales Navigator LinkedIn, Lemlist).
- You have a genuine digital culture and interest in the latest trends (Swile, Alan, Luko, Lime...).

- 30-minute practical exercise and 30-minute personal fit in our offices.
- 30-minute video call with Baptiste, Co-CEO.
