Training & Interns HR Manager / Chargé.e de Formation, des stagiaires et apprentis
**MISSION**:
Nous recherchons un Training & Interns HR Manager pour notre équipe Ressources Humaines qui chapeaute les entités Coty France et Monaco (Le siège Luxury du groupe, la Business Unit France Luxury et Consumer Beauty, l’usine Fragrance Production à Chartres et le centre de R&D / usine de Monaco).
Vous serez l’interlocuteur connu et reconnu en interne et en externe pour l’intégration et le suivi des stagiaires et alternants parisiens (Coty SA et BU France) ainsi que des Relations Ecoles pour Coty en France (Campus Management).
Vous serez en charge du bon déploiement de la formation du Groupe pour la population France et Monaco.
**RESPONSABILITES**:
Interns & Campus Management
- Animer les Relations Ecoles et assurer la visibilité du Groupe dans les actions écoles
- Suivre avec la cellule recrutement les process de recrutement
- Gérer les conventions de stages et les contrats alternants
- Suivre cette population d’un point de vue développement RH : Assurer l’intégration des nouveaux stagiaires et alternants, le suivi RH via les points intermédiaires et les points de fin de mission
- Préparer des documents et des tableaux de suivi pour la taxe d’apprentissage
- Suivre les budgets par division des besoins stagiaires et alternants et être le garant du respect des budgets alloués
**Formation**:
- Piloter la collecte des besoins en formation pour toutes les entités
- Participer à l’élaboration du plan de formation et de sa consolidation budgétaire
- Participer à la rédaction des documents pour les instances
- Etre le point de contact avec l’OPCA/OPCO/URSSAFet tous les autres interlocuteurs institutionnels de la formation
- Etre en charge de la mise en place opérationnelle des formations pour les salariés parisiens : invitations, réservations, prise en charge
**PROFIL**:
Vous êtes issu(e) d’une formation spécialisée en RH et bénéficiez d’une première expérience RH réussie d’au moins 4 ans. Qualités souhaitées : rigueur, sens de l’organisation, capacité à prioriser, autonomie et esprit d’initiative, proactivité, anticipation, bon sens relationnel, ténacité, réactivité. Anglais courant
