Who we’re looking for: The right person in this role will be able to deal with ambiguity and take the lead in defining frameworks where no prior examples exist. They will be an ambitious self-starter with ability to operate independently and thrive in fast-paced environment. They will be passionate about creating engaging marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers, using data to continuously optimize. They will also be comfortable with working across different geo-graphical regions, managing campaigns for an average of five EU countries at any one time.
Please note this role is a Fixed Term Contract Maternity leave cover of less than 1 year duration.
Key job responsibilities
- Plans and executes marketing activities that drive Amazon Fashion acquisition and engagement of existing Amazon customers, with a particular focus on Amazon Prime members.
- Owns the roadmap for running multiple incentives throughout the year (e.g. 20% off fashion, 10% off for Prime Student members), deciding on priority experiments to execute and identifying a plan to scale. This includes the all elements incl. ideation, marketing plan, and analysis.
- Executes experiments to advise the Amazon Fashion core content and program teams on campaign and targeting best practices for reaching non-Amazon Fashion Prime members.
- Collaborates with partner tech teams to drive inclusion in engagement products they are developing, providing Amazon Fashion marketing direction.
- Analyses reporting and data to optimise results across all projects and campaigns.
- Delivers through others with an intern supporting execution work across the projects.
- Invent and simplify by offshoring repetitive work where possible, and developing new offshoring processes where opportunities exist.
