**Notre client "HELLY HANSEN", recherche **son AREA SALES MANAGER WATER SPORTS **à Lorient.**:
Helly Hansen est mondialement reconnue pour la haute qualité de ses équipements de sport, en particulier dans le domaine de la voile, du ski et des activités en extérieur.

Depuis sa création en 1877 la marque s'est forgée une réputation solide grâce à son engagement envers la qualité, l'innovation et la protection contre les éléments.

**Vous êtes basé à Lorient, au cœur du pôle course au large.
En tant que développeur des ventes, vous aurez en charge la distribution des produits techniques voiles des marques **HELLY HANSEN et MUSTO** sur le territoire national.

Vos missions

Vos principales missions sont:
**Développement commercial**:

- Elaboration et pilotage de votre stratégie
- Développement des ventes et de la marge auprès des shipchandlers et réseaux spécialisés

**2- Développement de partenariats**
- Développement de la visibilité des marques sur l'eau****:

- Création de nouveaux partenariats

**3- Gestion administrative et pilotage de votre budget**
- Rapports réguliers à votre hiérarchie
- Respect des process
- Gestion des échantillons produits

**4- Promouvoir & être ambassadeur des marques**
- Salons nationaux et internationaux
- Evènements sportifs

Pré-requis
- Vous aimez travailler en toute indépendance et en autonomie
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance de la distribution
- Vous avez un vrai sens de la communication et du relationnel
- Vous êtes rigoureux et avez le sens des responsabilités
- Vous êtes créatif, force de propositions, avec un esprit entrepreneurial
- Vous aimez voyager et aimez les évènements sportifs

Profil recherché
- Vous êtes issu du monde de la voile et avez un profil commercial (min BAC +2)
- Vous parlez anglais
- Vous maitrisez l'informatique
