**About the Role**
**Responsibilities**:
+ Support new business development and cross-selling efforts across Europe;
+ Responsible for proactively driving the overall satisfaction experience with a group of assigned institutional client accounts
+ Ensure all contractual and service level requirements are met for each client
+ Act as a first point of contact for all prospect and client queries and follow through until completion
+ Organise, schedule and lead client calls and meetings and follow through to ensure all discussed action points are addressed and deadlines are made and met.
+ Work with the Portfolio Management and Operations teams to deliver services that meet the clients’ objectives and deliver superior investment returns to the end investor.
+ Work collaboratively with sales, marketing and product management to help business development
+ Provide support in meeting regulatory requirements and obligations
+ Monitor and report to the clients, and internally, management information that reflects delivery of services compared to the contract terms.
**Qualifications**
+ Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English.
+ Knowledge of German or any other European language is a plus.
+ Willingness to pass the AMF exam is a must; Other relevant industry certifications are desirable, but not essential.
+ Previous relevant sales or client service experience in an international environment.
+ Familiarity with CRM tools
+ Willingness to travel both locally and internationally.
+ Effective organisation and time-management skills, excellent attention to detail and self-motivation in an independent, fast-paced work environment.
+ Good understanding of mutual funds, financial and investment concepts, and the financial services industry, in general.
+ Strong interpersonal, teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Experience with Morningstar Direct, Salesforce and Tableau
