Astraveus est une start-up fondée en 2016 spécialisée dans le développement d'instruments et équipements innovants pour la production et le contrôle qualité automatisés de thérapies cellulaires et géniques telles que des lymphocytes génétiquement reprogrammés pour s'attaquer aux cellules cancéreuses.

Ces thérapies permettant de guérir de cancers ou de maladies génétiques incurables sont aujourd'hui trop complexes et onéreuses à produire. Ceci résulte en des prix de vente par patient compris entre 0,3 et 2 millions d'euros.

Notre objectif est de révolutionner leur production pour atteindre des performances et une standardisation de qualité supérieure aux approches concurrentes, et ainsi contribuer à rendre ces thérapies innovantes accessibles à tous. Pour y répondre, nous développons des solutions intégrées exploitant la performance et la précision de modules microfluidiques, de manière entièrement automatisée.

Dans le cadre de notre croissance, nous cherchons quelqu’un-e de passionné-e, curieux-se et désireux-se de contribuer à développer l'accès aux soins pour rejoindre une équipe dynamique, enthousiaste et conviviale.

Vous serez amené.e à:

- effectuer des recherches visant à développer et implémenter de nouveaux procédés de bioproduction,
- proposer et évaluer des adaptations des protocoles de bioproduction pour les intégrer à nos dispositifs Lakhesys,
- participer à l'optimisation des caractéristiques produits et des paramètres de procédés

**Missions principales**:

- Réaliser et valider des expériences sur la base de procédés de bioproduction établis et implémentés en instrument microfluidique,
- Réaliser des contrôles sur les produits intermédiaires et finaux obtenus, afin de proposer de manière itérative des améliorations de procédé,
- Contribuer à la recherche d’approches alternatives pour l’optimisation des procédés de fabrication des thérapies cellulaires et géniques (TCG),
- Fournir un soutien technique en termes de fonctionnalités de Lakhesys pour l’optimisation des procédés,
- Au-delà de ces missions principales, vous serez amené.e à participer à la validation des fonctionnalités fondamentales des instruments Lakhesys et à la préparation des expériences de développement et de validation de procédés,
- Interpréter des données complexes et rapporter vos synthèses au manager de manière claire et concise,
- Travailler en collaboration avec diverses équipes,
- Contribuer à la validation des études _in vitro_ des CAR-T.

**Compétences techniques attendues**
- Anglais et français professionnel courant (écrit et oral)
- Veille scientifique
- Expérience en biologie cellulaire
- Expérience en chimie
- Expérience en en microscopie et cytométrie en flux
- Connaissances et préférable expérience en chimie des surfaces / revêtements
- Connaissances et préférablement expérience en chimie / composition des milieux de culture
- Formation aux BPL
- Compétences analytiques et scientifiques en matière de développement de bioprocédés et/ou de validation de techniques et de procédures de laboratoire
- Analyse de données à l’aide de logiciels basiques tels que Microsoft Office, FlowJo et GraphPad
