On this position, your responsibilities will be:

- ** Coordinating and executing general administrative tasks for the A&A organization by**:

- Managing Ariba orders,
- Handling invoices,
- Processing office supply orders,
- Managing mail,
- ** Managing tools and processes to support the global PLM team and GTM process by**:

- Auditing and managing PLM systems (Centric / PIM / DAM) and visual tools,
- Coordinating the I2P calendar,
- Organizing key meetings,
- Managing the sales samples process,
- Onboarding newcomers,
- Handling relationships with third parties for outsourced projects,
- Participating in managing the sales portal and free market.
- ** Adhering to standards and policies by**:

- Complying with the FLA code of conduct and fair labor and responsible sourcing principles,
- Collaborating with Salomon's and the group's sustainability teams to promote responsible procurement practices.

**Your tasks within Salomon's Sports scope will include**:

- Managing product-related information in our management systems, ensuring high accuracy and timely delivery,
- Handling information related to the product range,
- Coordinating and supporting the shipment and administration of product samples,
- Contributing to the preparation of sales tools and communication materials,
