Description du poste

L'équipe Fonction Qualité de Mazars recherche son premier Senior Project Manager - Qualité pour les équipes Conseil et FAS du cabinet.

Vos principales missions, aux côté de l'Associé de l'équipe seront:

- De concevoir et déployer un tout nouveau dispositif Qualité pour les équipes Consulting et FAS : la conception de process, l'écriture de process existants, la conception de contrôles internes.
- D'échanger et créer une réelle relation de confiance avec les équipes Consulting et FAS afin de comprendre au mieux leurs besoins et enjeux métiers.
- De paramétrer des éléments de ce dispositif dans le logiciel du groupe permettant la documentation du dispositif et les tests des contrôles internes.
- De définir en lien avec les DSI les process informatiques

**Qualifications**:

- Vous justifiez d’une expérience solide en gestion de projets et notamment de mise en place de larges process, idéalement dans l’univers des cabinets de conseil.
- Vous faites preuve d'autonomie dans la gestion de projets.
- Vous arrivez à embarquer vos interlocuteurs afin de comprendre au mieux leurs besoins métiers et construire un dispositif efficace et robuste.
- Votre niveau d'anglais est opérationnel.
- Connaissances des enjeux informatiques
