Become a part of our international Sales & Business Development team at one of our locations in Roissy CDG (Paris), France  . For the next possible date we are looking for you in fulltime as Project Sales Executive

**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Establishing new client relationships and generating new business, including creating and following up on offers within the existing sales structures
- Supporting the branch office in the preparation of the annual budget and business plan, with target setting and commercial evaluation of all projects
- Supporting business and commercial controlling for the division
- Strategy development and implementation for the division (customer acquisition, market share gain, benchmarking, competitor analysis, etc.)
- Supporting existing clients at home and abroad
- Tender management in coordination with other tender competence centers of the group
- Quality assurance of all processes and procedures
- Supporting the implementation of strategic goals of the group
- Ensuring interaction and cooperation with other deugro offices and departments
- Strategic further development of products and services

**Your skills and experience**:

- Successfully completed vocational training in the forwarding sector or comparable qualification
- Proven experience in similar position in the Freight Forwarding industry, preferably Project freight forwarding, out-of-gauge cargo and heavy lift cargo
- Convincing personality with a confident manner and a solution-oriented way of working
- Ability to work in a team and strong organizational skills
- High willingness to travel and a valid class B driver’s license
- High degree of self-motivation and self-discipline
- Timely, structured and comprehensive reporting
- Excellent communication skills, and fluent in English both spoken & written. Capable to lead meetings in international environment
