Alice & Bob are a deep tech company going through an R&D stage to build the first fault-tolerant Quantum Computer. We secured 30 million USD in funding to further develop our unique technology.
We are a young team with some of the brightest scientific minds joining us straight from completing their PhD or university. Of course, we are serious about our mission and participation in the quantum race alongside tech giants like Google and IBM,, however we are also keen to create ever-lasting memories. Including lots of celebrations and fun, as we continue to have many successes along the way to our ultimate goal of building the first Universal, fault-tolerant Quantum Computer Which can have large positive impact for humanity. Nous recherchons un technicien informatique pour soutenir et structurer notre pratique informatique et assurer un support réactif à nos employés dans un environnement en forte croissance. Vous ferez partie de notre équipe informatique de 3 personnes sous la responsabilité du Responsable Informatique.
Vous participerez à l'expérience informatique des employés et aurez toujours à cœur de donner un coup de main aux employés d'Alice & Bob's lorsqu'ils rencontrent des problèmes informatiques.
**Responsibilities**:
- Gérer le processus d'arrivée et de départ des employés : préparation/remise/récupération des ordinateurs, installation des logiciels et gestion des droits d'accès en privilégiant l’automatisation, formation des nouveaux arrivants.
- Diagnostiquer et intervenir en vue de corriger les dysfonctionnements et incidents informatiques
- Identifier les axes d’amélioration, automatiser au maximum les processus relatifs à informatique, proposer et mettre en place des outils dans une démarche d'amélioration continue
- Gérer le stock et de l'inventaire du matériel informatique utilisé
- Configurer les équipements informatiques et réseaux (ordinateurs, serveur, matériel réseau)
- Rédaction et mise à jour de documentation technique
- Étudier et mettre en place de projets de déploiement de nouveaux outils/configurations ou méthodes pouvant être utile à l'équipe ou tout employé chez Alice & Bob
