Le Senior Project Manager organise et conduit le ou les projets ayant une forte criticité pour AKKODIS.
Il peut aussi piloter (dont coacher) des Project Manager.
Il assume la responsabilité des différentes phases d'un projet d'envergure (taille de l'équipe, modèle organisationnel complexe, modèle d'engagement de résultats exigent), depuis l'initialisation, la planification, l'exécution, jusqu'à la clôture.

Il assume la responsabilité des différentes phases d'un projet d'envergure (taille de l'équipe, modèle organisationnel complexe, modèle d'engagement de résultats exigent), depuis l'initialisation, la planification, l'exécution, jusqu'à la clôture. Il contribue à la constitution de l'équipe, coordonne le travail des différents intervenants, construit et ajuste le planning en fonction de l'avancement, gère les ressources & l'avancement du projet. Il est le garant de la qualité des livrables conformément au cahier des charges et de la proposition AKKODIS, en respectant coûts/budgets/délais.
Avant-Projet:
- Contribuer à la construction de l'offre AKKODIS sur le volet organisationnel, performance, montée en charge et capitalisation.
Exécution du projet:
- Etablir et/ou coordonner les différentes phases du projet jusqu'au déploiement et leur mise en oeuvre opérationnelle
- Préparer et animer les comités de pilotage projets
- Anticiper, Valider et affecter les ressources aux projets en veillant à la juste adéquation capacité/charge
- S'assurer de la tenue des engagements contractuels (coûts, délais, qualité, risques ) et de la satisfaction globale du client
- Suivre et notifier les modifications survenues tout au long du projet
- Superviser, coordonner et / ou encadrer les équipes dans le cadre du projet
Contribution au développement Business
- Identifier et remonter les compétences présentes dans l'écosystème du Client
- Identifier et remonter les besoins complémentaires du Client
- Être le premier relais des solutions proposées par AKKODIS
Phase CLOSING
- Clôture externe du projet
Responsabilités:
Assurer un reporting et un suivi synthétique de l'ensemble des indicateurs de son périmètre, les exploite, les diffuse et les anime au travers des instances de pilotages projet (Externe, Interne)
Produire et suivre les tableaux de bord
Pilote la conformité vis-à-vis des exigences du contrat versus les charges allouées au projet
Propose des axes d'amélioration sur la performance globale de son projet (amélioration continue, financier, productivité (VSM)).

Au moins minimum 8 années d'expérience dans le domaine de la gestion de projet
Bac + 2 à Bac + 5
Une certification en Management de projet serait un plus (PMI, Prince2, Scrum, SAFe)
