**Votre rôle et vos missions**:
**CONTEXTE**
- Travaillant au sein du Bureau de Technologie du Groupe, sous la Division du Directeur des Systèmes d'Information du Groupe, l'Architecte Réseau est responsable de la fourniture de l'architecture réseau, de la vision, de la gouvernance, de l'anticipation des problèmes et de la résolution pour l'informatique à un niveau architectural pour le domaine réseau.
- Le rôle de l'Architecte de Solutions est de contribuer au développement d'AXA Services en concevant des solutions pour soutenir les projets d'entreprise en veillant à ce qu'ils respectent les normes du groupe (sécurité, utilisation de produits techniques) dans le contexte de l'Architecture cible du Groupe (incluant l'Architecture de Plateforme), et ce, afin qu'AXA devienne une entreprise orientée technologie. Il/elle propose les architectures futures ou soutient celles qui doivent être davantage développées et mises en œuvre pour les entités et les principaux acteurs du Groupe. Pour atteindre cet objectif, il/elle s'appuie sur son expérience et son expertise, apporte des connaissances du marché, et justifie concrètement et valorise ses propositions.
- L'Architecte de Solutions Réseau interagit avec tous les niveaux de l'entreprise dans le domaine informatique, des ingénieurs d'exécution et de support aux dirigeants. Il/elle adapte son discours à l'audience pour faire comprendre et adopter ses déclarations par tous. Il/elle est la référence dans son domaine.
**PRINCIPALES ACTIVITÉS**
- L'objectif de l'architecture réseau est de garantir que nous construisons des artefacts réseau durables, robustes et sécurisés à un coût approprié qui apportent une valeur ajoutée aux entreprises pour soutenir les stratégies business de l'entreprise et des lignes de business.
- L'activité principale de l'Architecte de Solutions Réseau est sur le domaine des services Datacenter/Cloud, LAN/WAN et IP pour élaborer la Stratégie Réseau du Groupe et agir en tant qu'agent de changement pour mettre en œuvre cette Stratégie Informatique via l'Architecture Cible du Groupe, et des pays individuels au sein du Groupe. Il/elle peut également être appelé(e) à soutenir directement les Chefs de Projets sur certains projets clés.
- Les **activités principales de l'Architecte de Solution** incluent les suivantes pour sa propre zone de responsabilité:
- Élabore et maintient le Paysage Architectural mondial et les Modèles de Maturité Architecturale
- Contribue à la Communauté CTO de Technologie/Architecture et à la Gouvernance Technologique du Groupe couvrant les dimensions globales et locales, ce qui inclut la garantie que les choix de design et de solution faits dans les entités sont conformes à la Stratégie du Groupe afin de sécuriser les intérêts du Groupe à long terme.
- Gère l'évaluation, le développement et le déploiement de technologies pertinentes
- Propose une Architecture de Référence pour des solutions évolutives et maintenables, simplifie la mise en œuvre, facilite la convergence / la réutilisation, assure la sécurité et réduit les coûts.
- Vérifie la conformité de toutes les solutions avec les règles et principes qui ont été définis par AXA. Participe activement à la gouvernance de l'architecture.
- Dirige des discussions avec des collaborateurs techniques du Groupe Opération et des entités ET des niveaux C avec le Groupe AXA
- Fournit un soutien à toutes les fonctions informatiques de soutien du Groupe, en particulier pour les achats et la finance pour les négociations ou les actifs importants.
**Votre profil**:
**Expérience**
- Solide expérience dans la stratégie informatique et l'architecture de solutions (8+ ans), notamment dans le domaine du réseau.
- Expérience des architectures de solutions pour des projets/environnements de très grande envergure, en particulier dans un domaine spécialiste spécifique.
- Solides compétences en gestion du changement avec une expérience pratique de la transformation dans un environnement international.
- Finances (principes, études de cas, budget, planification d'entreprise, économies).
- S'efforce d'atteindre l'excellence avec des livrables de haute qualité et la capacité de travailler dans un planning parfois serré.
- Démontre être un membre d'équipe fort avec un état d'esprit collaboratif.
**Compétences techniques**
- Connaissance experte en architecture d'entreprise et en stratégie informatique, notamment sur les services de réseau de Datacenter & Cloud, LAN/WAN et IP (DNS, DHCP, IPAM).
