MISSION
Under Vessel IT Manager responsibility in IT Operations department, Vessel IT Production Manager is in charge of the Production Management and Coordination. In this Context, he (she) is accountable of MCO activities for Vessel IT domains.
RESPONSIBILITIES
**For Vessel IT domains**:
- Incidents and Problems (including RCA), Service Requests, Alerts and Escalation Management
- Remediations and improvements implementation (Change Management)
- Quality and performance Supervision
- Capacity and Obsolescence Management
- Asset and CMDB Management
- Transition Management
- Documentation Management
- Operational Management of Outsourcing
- Follow-up of actions plans and backlogs
- Coordination of crisis/escalation meetings and taskforces
- Validation of operation plans
- Management of Vessel IT Lifecycle (Commissionning/decommissioning, Obsolescence, vulnerabilities, maintenance) and Capacity
- Management of Services Catalog and New services (Monitoring/Alerting, Backup, Documentation, Operating Model)
- Attendance to Contract Governance and performance reviews - Follow-up of Continuous Improvement Plan
- Occasional Ship-boarding may be required
PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- General IT knowledge (Backup, Antivirus, Anti-Malware, Hardware )
- Strong knowledge Workplace, Network and Infrastructure
- IT Project management
- Good leadership with experience on multi countries
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
- Prioritization, Risk management
- Knowledge on Maritime IT would be appreciated
- Knowledge on IMO 2023 & Cyber risk would be appreciated
- Reporting, communication
- Accountability end to end
- Performance, quality of service, good client relationship
- Anglais fluent, French is preferred
Graduated in the IT field or equivalent, you have more than 5 years of experience in IT Production in particular in production domain.
