Position Duties

Sous la direction du Directeur Créatif et au sein d'une équipe artistique et créative d'une dizaine de personnes, vous êtes chargé-e d'approfondir et d'enrichir la vision artistique du jeu, dans la continuité des bases déjà posées : personnages, éléments architecturaux, logos, effets visuels, UI, assets marketing...

Vous vous assurez de la cohérence visuelle globale de la production, de la phase de conception à l'intégration finale.

RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES:

- Fournir des briefs créatifs clairs aux différents pôles artistiques du projet (concept art, character modeling, level art, lighting...), à toutes les étapes de la production
- Superviser les itérations créatives, et donner des feedbacks réguliers aux artistes, de façon positive, précise et constructive (moodboards, croquis, paintovers, etc...)
- Créer et développer la Bible graphique du jeu, et s'assurer de sa bonne communication aux différents intervenants du projet.
- Préparer l'outsourcing d'une partie de la création des assets Art, en collaboration avec le pôle Production : choix des prestataires, briefing, feedbacks...
- Assister le pôle Production dans la mise en place d'une roadmap de production des éléments artistiques, internes comme externes.
- Vous possédez une solide expérience dans la production artistique au sein de l'industrie du Jeu Vidéo, comprenant une expérience réussie en management d'équipe artistique.
- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement les principes fondamentaux artistiques, incluant la composition, la théorie des couleurs, la lumière, l'anatomie...
- Vous avez une culture artistique développée et une appétence pour des styles graphiques variés. Vous avez un attrait pour les directions artistiques stylisées.
- Vous avez une solide connaissance des logiciels 2D et/ou 3D.
- Excellente capacité d'analyse, d'organisation, de communication et de travail en équipe.
- Vous avez également un esprit créatif et empathique.
- Capacité à recevoir et accepter les feedbacks et à vous y adapter.
- Une expérience en illustration 2D/concept-art/peinture serait un plus.

Additional Information

Poste à pourvoir en CDI immédiatement, dans le 20eme arrondissement de Paris. Un test (durée 2 jours) vous sera proposé si votre profil est sélectionné.
