**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Lynx is looking to add a high-performing first sales hire to our growing startup. In this role, you will be an owner in developing and executing our sales strategy to drive measurable results. This is a perfect opportunity for someone with experience in B2B sales who is interested in building a sales process and closing deals at a fast-paced, mission-driven start-up.

**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Prospecting**: Build lead lists, reach out to prospects, support on messaging, conduct discovery, qualify leads, and book meetings.
- **Sales Strategy & Process**: Work closely with founders and advisors in development and execution of sales strategy, including solution crafting, objection handling, proposal development, and closing strategies.
- **Close & Sign deals**:Manage pipeline, drive next steps after sales meetings, and manage process to close business.
- **Oversee sales resources, tools and reporting**: Manage lead generation resources, tools, and CRM.

**Requirements**:
**YOU ARE A GOOD FIT FOR THIS ROLE IF**:

- You have 3-5 years of experience in complex B2B or SAAS sales as an Account Executive.
- You are energized by the opportunity to be the first sales hire at a startup to build something from scratch and grow with the company
- You speak and write fluently in French and English (C1 level at a minimum)
- You are passionate about education, workforce development and/or issues related to the future of work
- You are curious, proactive, and thrive in fast-paced start-up environments prone to change
- You are an excellent communicator; helping buyers find value in what you are selling is your super power and something you genuinely enjoy
