**Pourquoi l'entreprise recrute ?**

Le recrutement d'un.e Account Executive a pour objectif d'accélerer la stratégie d'acquisition de l'entreprise.

Leur ICP étant en train d'évoluer vers des entreprises du mid-market (qui génèrent entre 10 et 50M de CA), le ou la Account Executive aura un rôle clé dans la conquête de nouveau business.

**Votre rôle**:
En tant qu'Account Executive, vous serez le contact privilégié des prospects.

Vous aurez à conduire l'ensemble du cycle de vente, depuis la prospection de leads qualifiés, jusqu'au closing, afin d'acquérir de nouveaux logos et de générer de nouveaux revenus récurrents.

Vous réaliserez vos propres activités de prospection de comptes en se basant sur la fourchette haute de notre cible (CA > 50 millions / an).

**Vos responsabilités au quotidien**:

- Trouver et entrer en contact avec des PME et entreprises innovantes adéquates, pour leur présenter les services (in et outbound) ;
- Identifier les enjeux spécifiques de chaque compte, et de nouveaux use cases ;
- Gérer en autonomie les cycles de vente, de l'accompagnement des prospects (CFO, CPO) dans la découverte des services, à la vente d'une proposition commerciale
- Suivre et faire fructifier votre pipe commercial, fournir des reportings mensuels/ trimestriels et des forecasts réalistes.

Profil recherché

**Le profil que nous recherchons**:

- Vous avez au moins 3 ans d'expérience sur des postes commerciaux incluant de la prospection (mandatory),
- Vous avez déjà travaillé sur des problématiques de flux, de paiements et d'automatisation par API (mandatory),
- Vous savez communiquer et négocier avec des persona C-level (CFO et CPO),
- Vous disposez d'excellentes capacités de communication écrites, orales, et d'écoute active,
- Vous maîtrisez l'anglais, notamment à l'écrit — la communication interne est en anglais.
