Notre client est un leader mondial dans le développement de produits et solutions aluminium innovants à haute valeur ajoutée. Leurs principaux marchés sont l'aéronautique, l'automobile et l'emballage. Cette société est un groupe spécialisé dans la fabrication de produits en aluminium, notamment des produits laminés, des produits extrudés et des pièces de structure. Son centre de recherche C-TEC a réalisé de nombreuses avancées technologiques dans le domaine des alliages d'aluminium. Elle fournit principalement les industries aérospatiale, automobile et de l'emballage. L'entreprise a réalisé un chiffre d'affaires de 6,2 milliards d'euros en 2021.
Leurs 12 000 employés travaillent sur trois continents, soit dans l'une des 28 usines de production, soit dans l'un des bureaux ou centres de recherche. Leur siège social est à Paris, avec des bureaux à Baltimore et à Zurich.
Rôle / Responsabilités

**Principales responsabilités**:
- Assumer la pleine propriété du programme mondial de développement de l'ingénierie (GEDP) en début de carrière
- Apporter des changements stratégiques au programme pour le faire passer au niveau supérieur : évaluer le programme actuel par rapport aux besoins futurs, repositionner le programme et les approches d'apprentissage
- Soutenir les activités des équipes locales d'acquisition de talents pour attirer de nouveaux talents en ingénierie et assurer un mélange diversifié de talents au sein du groupe GEDP
- Déployer le programme au niveau mondial : de la logistique à l'amélioration de l'expérience des participants et à l'animation de sessions de formation
- Intégrer le programme avec les principales parties prenantes - vendre l'importance et les avantages du développement individuel et de la durabilité de l'entreprise
- Posséder/soutenir d'autres programmes mondiaux critiques d'apprentissage et de développement pour s'assurer qu'ils se renforcent mutuellement et soutiennent la méthode d'ingénierie/de direction/de mentorat
- Programme de développement du leadership (LDP) pour les dirigeants de niveau intermédiaire
Master en RH/OD/psychologie organisationnelle/relations de travail de préférence
- 5-8 ans minimum d'expérience solide en RH avec des réalisations démontrables ex. livraison réussie du projet / de l'initiative
- Expérience de travail dans une entreprise mondiale idéale
- Volonté de voyager occasionnellement, possibilité de voyages internationaux
- Maîtrise de l'anglais : écrit et oral. Autres langues (français, allemand) fortement souhaitées
