CERBA XPERT, filiale de Cerba Research et située à St Ouen l'Aumône (95), recherche un Business Development Manager - Recrutement de patient/DCT/RWE pour un **_CDI._**

- Une entreprise médicale, leader du marché, qui fournit des solutions de diagnostic et de développement de médicaments visant à optimiser la productivité de la R&D du médicament et sa commercialisation.
- Une société qui propose des services couvrant la recherche en phase précoce, le développement clinique par l'intermédiaire de services de laboratoire central et de diagnostic, ainsi que le développement et la validation des analyses et des biomarqueurs.
- Une équipe qui collabore avec des organisations gouvernementales, non gouvernementales, pharmaceutiques et biotechnologiques pour faire évoluer le développement clinique.

En qualité de Business Development Manager, vous aurez la mission de:

- Construire la stratégie commerciale et son offre opérationnelle pour : le Recrutement de patient, la Décentralisation d’Essais Cliniques, et le Real World Evidence.
- Assurer l’atteinte des objectifs de chiffres d’affaires en sécurisant, développement et diversifiant les clients (Pharma, CRO, Publique ) et les offres (recherche impliquante ou non la personne humaine) en France, en Italie et à l’étranger.
- Participer à l’élaboration de la stratégie commerciale du Groupe, et l’adapte à ses activités et à son périmètre.
- Qualifier activement les demandes clients en collaboration avec les équipes scientifiques
- Préparer les documents commerciaux et techniques pertinents en réponse aux demandes des clients et prospects
- Participer au suivi post-sales de ses projets avec les équipes de chefs de projets
- Assurer la compliance et le suivi contractuel (MSA, NDA ) et financier de ses clients
- Participer à l’élaboration des supports marketing et commerciaux
- Assurer la satisfaction et la fidélisation client
- Assurer un reporting régulier de son activité et des projets pertinents
- Participer à la rédaction de SOP et MOS relatif à ses activités
- Participer à l’implémentation et à l’optimisation des outils informatiques métiers en lien avec ses activités (CRM,)

**Profil**:
Vous êtes titulaire d'un Bac +5 scientifique, type école d’ingénieur et vous avez 3 à 6 d'expérience sur ce type de fonction.

Vous avez des compétences en Etudes Cliniques, CRO, Commercial, Data, Recrutement de patient.
